After several months, Troy created a homemade version of the handle and TravelTow™ was born. He attached this version to a roller bag and after taking it for a test-drive began to get very excited. After showing the design to several hundred people, the response was overwhelming. It was then that he decided to hire a leading design firm to take his initial concept and create a professional proto-type. The goal was simple: It must be ergonomically inviting [user friendly] for all users and it must look great. The idea was to create a seamless design, as if the handle was a part of the luggage.
